My journey began in 2013 after a mountain biking accident that became the turning point in my life. Before that, I lived with constant fatigue, brain fog, and digestive issues, including acid reflux. During recovery, I started making small changes—beginning with what I ate—and everything shifted. I felt more energy, clearer thinking, and, for the first time in years, a sense of aliveness. That was the start of a decade-long journey of learning, healing, and transformation.
In 2022, I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I discovered that wellness is about so much more than food. I confronted anxiety, failed relationships, deeply rooted emotional pain, and fears I had kept hidden—including the fear of speaking and truly being seen. Through coaching, I learned to own my story, embrace authenticity, ask for support, speak my truth—no matter how uncomfortable it felt—and love myself while accepting imperfection as part of being human.
Then, in 2024, Reiki entered my life and helped me release emotional blocks I didn’t even know I was carrying. Pain I’d lived with for years simply lifted when I finally addressed its root. It brought clarity, freedom, and deep healing.
Today, I am healed from my past and living a healthy, vibrant life—with deeper self-awareness, lasting relationships, and real peace of mind. I’m here to help you do the same.
